Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received . When we receive the eligible returned product, we’ll issue FULL refund. Shipping

Svoyi delivers by UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS or other way. It’s ok to ship to PO. Box or APO/FPO address. But it takes longer time, about 1-2 weeks.

After payment received, Svoyi.com will offer order confirmation via email within 24 hours.

Stock Lace Wigs Receiving Time:

Natural color wigs: 3-7 working days

Other color wigs: 10-15 working days

Custom Orders Receiving Time:

Normal order: 30-50 days

For ombre hair, bigger density,thin skin or silk top, needs extra 10 days. 

When your wig is ready, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. The tracking number will be attached in the email. 

Canceling an order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@svoyi.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 35USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

Custom / Duty Fees

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.
